How long will my order take?
We ship your order within 24 hours unless you specify the date you'd like your order to be delivered. If you'd like multiple orders delivered on different dates, please call us anytime on 0407978554.
Orders placed before 10am AEST will be dispatched same day, excluding public holidays and weekends. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions.

Most orders placed in the Wollongong area are delivered next day. If you would like your order delivered same day in the Wollongong area this can definitely be arranged with personal delivery for free. Please call us for same day delivery. Most orders placed before 10am will be delivered same day Wollongong.
Shipping to WA: Delivery delays to Western Australia - If you choose the Free Shipping to WA please note that heavy rain and flooding have closed the rail line and Standard Free Shipping may take up to an additional five days to be delivered (based on our current estimates). Please also note that free standard shipping to WA travels by road. If you need your parcel delivered sooner, we suggest choosing Express Post as this service is NOT affected by the rail network disruptions. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free Australia Wide for all orders over $60. This shipping fee is a standard shipping of 3-5 days delivery. All orders under this amount the delivery is a flat fee of $10. If you prefer your item to be shipped via Express Post, the flat rate is $20 Australia Wide.

What if no one’s home to accept delivery?
Providing the gift hamper is safe to be left at the address Australia Post will leave the gift hamper in a spot where it won’t be damaged or stolen. If you would like your recipient to sign on delivery, there is a $3 signature on delivery choice at checkout.
If it is considered unsafe to leave at the address, there are a few things that could happen: It could be taken to a collection point (such as Aus Post or Parcel Connect), and a missed delivery card will be left.

Outside of Wollongong - regardless of whether you are in the country, city or outback we will always be able to get your gift hamper to you via Australia Post. How will my recipients know who sent them the hamper?
We offer complimentary small gift cards that go with all of our gift hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards with a very large character limit. We also have hand made Greeting Cards that you can purchase for $5 extra.
Do you offer tracking for your hampers?
For all order placed through our website you will receive an email with your tracking once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure you include an email at checkout to receive the tracking number. Please note that Hamper My Style will not be held responsible for orders that have chosen not to have a signature on delivery.
Where are you located?
Hamper My Style is located in Shellharbour, part of the Illawarra region in NSW. We deliver very prompt service to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. If you live in the Wollongong area, we are happy to hand deliver any gift hamper to your door same day, even on weekends! We specialise in gift hampers Wollongong.
SHIPPING DAMAGE REFUND POLICY
Hamper My Style take the upmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered. In the rare situation a hamper or gift has been damaged in transit Hamper My Style will gladly replace the damaged item, upon receipt of photos of the damage or notification from our couriers of the damage. If we no longer have this item in stock we will send an agreed alternative of equal or greater value.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
In the circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item please email info@hampermystyle.com.au or call 0407978554 and we will take care of this for you. Please quote your order number or invoice number in all correspondence. Returns and payment will be processed within 1-2 working days after making contact with us.
For orders placed via our website, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (card, Paypal). There is no re-stocking or processing fee. If Hamper My Style deems the product to be damaged, faulty or the wrong item then there will be no additional shipping charges for resending an item. If the reason for returning the Hamper is due to change of mind, the product is no longer relevant or there is insufficient evidence suggesting Hamper My Style is at fault, then outward shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer/recipient is required to cover costs of return shipping.
