Hamper My Style is located in Shellharbour, part of the Illawarra region in NSW. We deliver very prompt service to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. If you live in the Wollongong area, we are happy to hand deliver any gift hamper to your door same day, even on weekends! We specialise in gift hampers Wollongong.

Delivery Information

We ship your order within 24 hours unless you specify the date you'd like your order to be delivered. If you'd like multiple orders delivered on different dates, please call us anytime on 0407978554.

Most orders placed in the Wollongong area are delivered next day. If you would like your order delivered same day in the Wollongong area this can definitely be arranged with personal delivery for free. Please call us for same day delivery. Most orders placed before 10am will be delivered same day Wollongong.

Delivery is free Australia Wide for all orders over $60. This shipping fee is a standard shipping of 3-5 days delivery. All orders under this amount the delivery is a flat fee of $10. If you prefer your item to be shipped via Express Post, the flat rate is $20 Australia Wide.

Hamper My Style now delivers to USA, UK, Canada and New Zealand for a flat international shipping rate of $25 AUD 

Providing the gift hamper is safe to be left at the address Australia Post will leave the gift hamper in a spot where it won’t be damaged or stolen.  If you would like your recipient to sign on delivery, there is a $3 signature on delivery choice at checkout.

If it is considered unsafe to leave at the address, there are a few things that could happen:  It could be taken to a collection point (such as Aus Post or Parcel Connect), and a missed delivery card will be left. 

Hamper My Style delivers Australia wide. We specialise in delivering unique gift hampers in the Wollongong area where Glory personally delivers them. Outside of Wollongong - regardless of whether you are in the country, city or outback we will always be able to get your gift hamper to you via Australia Post.  Hamper My Style also delivers to USA, UK, Canada and New Zealand for a flat international shipping rate of $25 AUD

We offer complimentary small gift cards that go with all of our gift hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards with a very large character limit. We also have hand made Greeting Cards that you can purchase for $5 extra.

For all order placed through our website you will receive an email with your tracking once your order has been dispatched. Please note that Hamper My Style will not be held responsible for orders that have chosen not to have a signature on delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In the circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item please email info@hampermystyle.com.au or call 0407978554 and we will take care of this for you. Please quote your order number or invoice number in all correspondence. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Hamper My Style take the upmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered. In the rare situation a hamper or gift has been damaged in transit, Hamper My Style will gladly replace the damaged item, upon receipt of photos of the damage or notification from our couriers of the damage. If we no longer have this item in stock we will send an agreed alternative of equal or greater value.
