I was after a cute self care routine to get some much needed slow time, the boxes looked fantastic for that. I had some very specific requests around certain items, service was great and responsive and my box arrived beautifully packed and I just can't wait to snuggle up, candle lit snacks ready and indulge myself body and mind.
The person who received the pack said it was perfect and so personal. Absolutely loved it.
After noticing an address error with my order, I called customer service but accidentally hung up. Before I could redial they had called me back and so quickly rectified the issue.
At the time of the delivery, the recipient wasn't available to receive the order and so it went back onboard for transit. I called customer service again and they were able to tell me exactly what happened, calling the recipient on my behalf (as I didn't want them to know I was sending as a surprise) and double checked a time they'd be available the next day to receive the delivery.
How lovely is that! I've never experienced this kind of prompt and efficient service before! Thanks Hampers!
