How long will my order take?
We SHIP your order within 24 hours unless you specify the date you'd like your order to be delivered in the future. If you'd like multiple orders delivered on different dates, or multiple boxes delivered to different addresses, please send an email with the details to info@hampermystyle.com.au for a custom shipping plan.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched same day, excluding public holidays and weekends. Fulfilment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions.

Express Shipping - 1-2 Business Days
Shipping to WA: Delivery delays to Western Australia - If you choose the Standard Shipping to WA please note that that the standard free shipping to WA travels by road. If you need your parcel delivered sooner, we suggest choosing Express Post as this service is NOT affected by and based disruptions and travels by air. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is Australia Wide for just $12 per address and this includes live tracking through the Australia Post Website or App. This shipping fee is a standard shipping of 3-5 days delivery. If you prefer your item to be shipped via Express Post, the flat rate is $18 Australia Wide and also includes tracking.
Hamper My Style now delivers to New Zealand as well, please contact us for a quote as the price can vary greatly between regions.
What if no one’s home to accept delivery?
Providing the gift hamper is safe to be left at the address Australia Post will leave the gift hamper in a spot where it won’t be damaged or stolen. If you would like your recipient to sign on delivery, there is a $3 signature on delivery choice at checkout.
If it is considered unsafe to leave at the address, there are a few things that could happen: It will most likely be taken to a collection point (such as Australia Post or Parcel Connect), and a missed delivery card will be left.
Where do you deliver?
Hamper My Style delivers Australia wide. We specialise in delivering unique gift hampers in the Hawkesbury area where Bonnie can sometimes personally deliver them. Outside of The Hawkesbury- regardless of whether you are in the country, city or outback we will always be able to get your gift hamper to you via Australia Post. Hamper My Style also delivers to New Zealand but each case is different so please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

How will my recipients know who sent them the hamper?
We offer complimentary small gift cards that go with all of our gift hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards. We also have Beautiful hand made greeting cards that you can purchase for $5 extra and are a gorgeous addition to any gift.
Do you offer tracking for your hampers?
For all order placed through our website you will receive an email with your tracking once your order has been dispatched. You can track this through the Australia Post Website or their App. Please note that Hamper My Style will not be held responsible for orders that have chosen not to have a signature on delivery.

Hamper My Style is located near Windsor, part of the Hawkesbury region in NSW. We offer a very prompt service to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. If you live in the area, we are can hand deliver any gift hamper to your door, even on weekends by special request! We specialise in gift hampers Hawkesbury.
